Eastman DM3 Natural Gypsy Guitar
The Eastman DM3 Natural Gypsy Guitar is inspired by the classic Selmer Grand Bouche design and blends traditional construction with modern precision. Its solid Sitka spruce top and laminated rosewood deliver a sharp attack and excellent definition, while the maple neck with a flat-D profile feels both stable and comfortable. The open-pore Truetone satin finish allows the wood to resonate freely and gives the guitar its natural, authentic appearance. With its traditional moustache bridge, this instrument plays and sounds exactly like a true gypsy guitar should.
Tone & Playability
The 670 mm scale length, Jescar fretwork, and zero fret create a fast response and the unmistakable gypsy jazz character. This guitar is ideal for both pompe rhythms and virtuosic solos, and thanks to its low action it feels light, lively, and effortless to play. The slotted headstock and traditional tailpiece complete the vintage-inspired aesthetic.
About Eastman
Eastman is an American company founded by Qian Ni, originally from China. When he arrived in the United States in the 1990s, he was dissatisfied with the quality standards of stringed instruments at the time. This pushed him to start developing his own instruments. Quality has been Eastman’s highest priority from the very beginning — and it shows. Every instrument goes through an extensive production and inspection process, ensuring consistent excellence across all models. Each guitar is hand-assembled by skilled luthiers, guaranteeing craftsmanship you can both hear and feel.
