Exchange and return
Sometimes, the products from your online order may not fully meet your expectations. In that case, it is possible to exchange or return them with us. Within 30 days, you can register your online order in order to:
- Exchange it free of charge for another product, with any price difference being settled.*
- Return the product and receive a refund of the item’s value.*
How does a return work?
Register your return by sending an email to webshop@johdeheer.nl to request a return label. Our webshop team will send you a return label within 24 hours, allowing you to return the product via a PostNL or DHL drop-off point. The cost of returning the product is at your own expense.
Step-by-step:
- Place the item together with the completed return form in the box
- Print the return label and stick it over the original label
- Drop off the parcel at a PostNL or DHL drop-off point and keep the proof of postage
- The return will be processed after receipt and handling
* Joh.deHeer reserves the right to deduct an amount if the returned item is not in the same condition as when it was dispatched.
