When you purchase a product in our store or through our webshop, there are several options for how your order can be processed. Larger instruments such as Organs, Pianos, Grand Pianos and most Digital Pianos are delivered free of charge using our own delivery service.

Free delivery with professional installation

Our professionals are experienced in handling valuable musical instruments and will ensure that delivery is carried out with the utmost care. Instruments weighing over 30 kg are always delivered free of charge within the Netherlands. Delivery is carried out by two members of staff, and your new instrument will be carefully positioned in its designated place. Naturally, we will also assemble and install the instrument properly, so that it is ready to play immediately. This service applies to deliveries on the ground floor. For deliveries involving stairs, a surcharge of €100 applies.

Smaller item delivered by the Joh. de Heer delivery service?

Have you ordered a smaller item such as a Keyboard or a Guitar? These are normally shipped via our standard shipping method with PostNL. We have very good experiences with this postal service and ship all items fully insured. However, if you would prefer delivery by our own delivery service, this is also possible. For a surcharge of €75, any item can be delivered to your home by our own delivery team.

When you purchase a product in our store or through our webshop, there are several options for how your order can be processed. Orders can be delivered via our shipping partner PostNL, by our own delivery service, or you can choose to collect your order from our store. Orders with a value of over €75 are delivered free of charge.

Delivery via PostNL

Orders with a weight of up to 30 kg are handed over to our shipping partner PostNL. If the ordered products are in stock and the order is placed before 7:00 pm, it will be dispatched the same working day. Immediately after we hand over the shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace number from PostNL, allowing you to follow your order. In most cases, delivery will take place the next day.

If you make use of our free installation service when purchasing a digital piano or an organ weighing over 30 kg, delivery will be carried out by our own delivery service.

Collecting your order in store

Of course, it is also possible to collect your online or telephone order from our store at Leeghwaterstraat 46/47. Items marked as “in stock” can usually be collected immediately.

At Joh. de Heer, it is also possible to have parcels shipped internationally. For shipments weighing under 30 kg and with maximum dimensions of 175 × 78 × 58 cm, the rates listed below apply. For parcels that are larger or heavier, a custom shipping quote will be provided. For orders that need to be shipped abroad, it is possible for selected items to make use of our installation service for an additional charge.
