The Launchkey 49 MK4 is an amazing MIDI-keyboard. This keyboard is nice and relatively compact and has 49 semi-weighted keys. Consequently, the device takes up little space and is ideal for smaller studios. Novation also made sure that the system is perfectly integrated with all large DAWs, including Ableton, Logic, Cubase, Bitwig, Reason, FL Studio, and Ardour. Furthermore, the system itself comes with a large software bundle, which includes Ableton live 12 Lite, GForce Synths, Orchestral Tools, Klevgrand plugins, and Melodics lessons.

Moreover, the system is very versatile. Besides the 49 keyboard keys the device also contains 16 pads that can be assigned individually, nine faders, Scale Mode with up to 30 scales, a Chord Detector, etc. The keyboard has a USB-C port, a 5 pin MIDI-out, and a 6.35mm jack port for a pedal.
