The Viscount Cantorum Duo Plus is the latest generation of the incredibly popular series of portable organs from the Italian organ builder Viscount. The Cantorum Duo is by far the most compact organ with two keyboards, and in an affordable price range to boot. The quality of the organ sounds is very high, and the powerful built-in speaker system ensures beautiful sound reproduction. The Cantorum Duo Plus is the ideal organ for a student or a church with a limited budget or limited space, and due to its light weight, also for an organist or institution that wishes to transport or move the organ with some regularity.

Advanced sound technology and fine playability
The Cantorum Duo Plus is equipped with the latest Physis Plus technology, a powerful evolution of the previous Physis system combined with the new Moris technology. This is a technological development combining physical models and an algorithm. The algorithm is capable of learning and capturing new acoustic characteristics of typical organ features, ensuring that a new level of sonic richness can be achieved!

Playability has always been one of Viscount’s unique selling points, as their own keyboards are widely appreciated. The Cantorum Duo Plus is equipped with “Tracker Action” keyboards, which provide the experience of authentic organ touch. It is good to know that when using MIDI and orchestral voices, the keys become immediately touch-sensitive.

Accessories

The Cantorum Duo Plus is supplied in a natural oak finish and includes a music stand. As optional accessories, you will need a stand on which the organ can be placed. You can purchase an original stand for this, with a choice of two models: one that is the same width as the organ and a model that is considerably wider, allowing a 30-note bass pedal to fit underneath. Naturally, you can also choose to place the organ on a cross stand or a Z-stand. Due to the automatic pedal function, a bass pedal is not necessary, but it naturally expands the possibilities. There are two options: a 13-note Studiologic MP113 pedal, which you can place under any stand. This can also be combined with an expression pedal and a sustain pedal. The other option is a 30-note Viscount pedal, which transforms the Cantorum Duo into a full-fledged organ. It is also possible to have two expression pedals mounted on this pedal. Often, a wide organ bench is also purchased.
