With each request, you must enclose a copy of a valid identity document (of yourself), on which you have placed your signature, and stating the address at which you can be contacted.
 
Within 1 month of receiving such a request, you will receive a response. Depending on the complexity of the requests and the number of requests, this period may be extended by 2 months.

In the event of a violation of laws or regulations, of which a visitor is suspected and for which the authorities require personal data collected by the controller, such data will be transferred to the authorities upon proper substantiation. How long is the data stored?

The stored data contains minimal sensitive information. As we also wish to conduct analyses in the future and compare these with current data, we store the data indefinitely, unless stated otherwise below.
If you would like your data to be deleted earlier, you can inform us via email, telephone or post.
 

Form: Address

We store your billing/address details in our CRM system, linked to your other contact details. This allows us to process your order and send updates regarding your order. A newly registered account must be activated within 24–48 hours via a link in an email that we send to you after registration. If this is not completed in time, we will delete your data. If you do activate your account and log in again, these details will be pre-filled so that you can complete the ordering process more quickly. These data may also be used for market analysis, meaning that we analyse the general distribution of orders per city/province/country, etc., in order to improve our webshop.
