New from Roland: the V-Drums 3 Series

Roland announces two new V-Drums series, and the V-Drums 3 is one of them. Equipped with the V31-module, renewed pads and improved cymbals it delivers a premium sound experience. The best part: it all comes in a compact and simple package. It offers room to grow which makes it ideal for the beginning drummer, but also for players who want to continue their growth.

The V-Drums 3 Series
The range consists of the TD313, TD316 and the VAD316. A nice way up from entry-level model to a more professional acoustic design. The cymbals have an improved response compared to former series, and the pads got an upgrade as well. The V31-module includes the same sound engine as the V-Drums 7 Series; the flagship of Roland’s drum kits. It contains the newest technology that Roland developed which gives it an amazing sound quality for this price range. All models have Bluetooth, Wi,Fi and built in coaching. That way you can introduce yourself to drumming and keep growing to a higher level.

The TD313
De TD313 is ideal to practice at home, work in the studio or shine in a jam session. Thanks to the V31-module, all pads got an upgrade. The cymbal response has improved and it provides Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection, built-in coaching and Roland Cloud Support to support your growth and refine your sound.

The TD316
The TD316 delivers a professional drum experience, also in a compact set-up. Provided with improved pads, dual crash cymbals and VH-10 hi-hats for an acoustic feel, you can easily imagine yourself on several stages. The module adds dynamics to your sound and finishes it off with modern connectivity. There is room to grow for the players as well as the instrument. Perfect if you’re looking for next-level expression and flexibility.

The VAD316
Of course this series also comes with an acoustic design: the VAD316. By combining a wooden shell with electronic control, it gets the acoustic look, feel and sound. This model is the flagship of the V-Drums 3 Series and extremely suitable at home, in the studio and on stage.

Alltogether this series comes with a refreshing upgrade of Roland’s assortment. Besides the V-Drums 3 Roland also launches the V-Drums 5. Read more about that here.
