The Katana Series

The Boss Katana-Mini X is part of Boss’ Katana series. This series is named after the traditional Japanese sword: the katana. This symbol shows the combination of traditional craftsmanship and innovation. Within this series Boss develops versatile and powerful amps for a relatively low price. The Katana series stands next to the Waza Craft series, which means that the most innovative technology has been used. The amps contain several effects, which means these amps are ideal for the musician who likes to play different styles.

The Katana-Mini X

The Katana-Mini X is a handy little guitar amp from Boss. This amp is ideal for home use. The small device takes up little space but is very versatile. The system contains many different effects (including reverb, delay, phaser, and synth) and three different amp types: Brown, Crunch, and Clean. Brown is known for its hard rock tones and crisp highs, Crunch has a fuller mid-gain sound, and Clean produces beautifully bright tones that can also be used with semi-electric acoustic guitars and electric basses. Furthermore, the system contains a built-in tuner, a headphones jack, a Bluetooth connection so you can play along to your favourite music, and a USB-C output for recording.
