Fender
Fender is a company founded in America in 1946 by Clarence Leonidas 'Leo' Fender. Initially, the company, known for the Telecaster and Stratocaster, only produced the Telecaster and the Precision Bass. However, the Jazz Bass was added in 1960. Today, Fender produces a wide range of high-quality guitars and basses. As a result, they remain one of the most popular manufacturers on the stringed instrument market.
The Player Series
Fender has developed the Player series for beginning musicians and musicians with a low budget. The Fender Player guitars and bass guitars are made in Mexico instead of America and meet all Fender standards. The instruments are therefore also suitable for recording and performing. So they are cheaper versions of the popular Fender (bass) guitars. This way they sound and play like Fender guitars. However, Fender has ensured that these are very versatile models, so no specific adjustments have been made to the models to make them unique or special. All models have Alnico elements and are available in many colors.
The Player Jazz Bass
The Player Jazz Bass from Fender is the ideal bass guitar. The body of the guitar is made of alder, which is a good tonewood. The neck is made of maple wood and has a satin finish, making it comfortable to hold. The neck also has the modern C-shape, making it easy to play. In addition, the neck has a length of 34 inches and the frets are 'Medium Jumbo'. The bass guitar has two Alnico single-coil pickups. This provides the authentic Jazz bass sound, which is mainly very clear and punchy. The elements can be adjusted with the three buttons; the two volume knobs of both elements and the master knob. In short, a nice bass guitar for a good price!
