Shape of the James Neligan ASY-A

The James Neligan ASY-A is a guitar built in the auditorium shape. This shape is recognizable by the round underside and the narrow waist. This guitar is a bit smaller than the dreadnought, which makes it very pleasant to play for many guitarists. Due to this shape, the highs are projected very clearly and the bass deliberately falls away somewhat. This creates a very nice contrast between the high and low tones.

Materials

An important feature of the guitar is that it has a solid spruce top. A solid top generally has a warmer and fuller sound than a laminated top. The back and sides of the guitar are made of mahogany. The guitar is finished with an open-pore varnish. This matte lacquer ensures that the guitar has a very natural design. The neck is made of mahogany and the fingerboard is made of rosewood, the fingerboard contains inlays in the shape of dots. The guitar comes from the factory with D'Addario's quality EXP strings.

Electronics

This guitar has built-in electronics, making it possible to connect the guitar to a guitar amplifier, sound system or a recording recorder. The electronics have been developed by James Neligan himself and are of high quality. The element has an equalizer that allows a mix between the high, mid and low volume.
