The Roland FP-10 is the brand new budget piano from the innovative Roland brand. This piano promises an outstanding piano experience at an unprecedented price. The new entry model of the FP series offers an authentic touch, high-quality sounds and the latest features. For instance, this piano features built-in bluetooth connectivity that allows it to be connected to a smartphone or tablet. With all these features, it is very suitable for the beginning pianist as well as an excellent practice piano for advanced players.
Quality of the Roland FP-10
The Roland FP-10 has a number of features you won't easily see on other competing models at this price. For instance, it has Roland's esteemed PHA-4 keyboard. This keyboard is also found in Roland's more expensive models like the RP102 and feels like the keyboard of an acoustic piano. Besides the very good keyboard, it also has Roland's SuperNATURAL sound generator. This sound system is very innovative and sounds very natural and, together with the keyboard, makes the FP-10 a very nice piano to play.
Besides the fine playing experience, this digital piano is packed with digital features. For instance, it has a USB connection and you can use it as a midi keyboard with your DAW programmes. And besides the piano sound, you get lots of other sounds such as organ, strings and electric piano. You can also play music on it thanks to bluetooth, and use it together with the Roland Piano Partner 2 app. Besides the many sounds, it also has a metronome, and the well-known Twin-piano mode. This allows you to split the piano sounds in half. In short: despite its small price, this compact piano is packed with possibilities.
