Squier Affinity

Squier is part of Fender. In 1965 they were bought by Fender, specifically to sell their popular Stratocasters and Telecasters for a lower price. This means they are the only brand that can copy Fender guitars completely, because they are part of the patent. The difference between Fender and Squier guitars is mostly in where they are produced. Fender guitars are either made in Mexico or the United States, whereas Squier guitars are made in Asia, usually Indonesia or China. They also tend to use cheaper materials, depending on the series. This means Squier guitars can be cheaper than Fender guitars. However, Squier remains one of the best producers when it comes to cheap guitars, because they produce relatively high-quality guitars for the price.

The Affinity Precision Bass

The Squier Affinity Precision Bass is thus a cheaper version of the legendary Fender Precision Bass. The Precision Bass was invented by Leo Fender in the 1950s and they are still very popular. This is partially due to all the famous bass players who use a Precision Bass, like Mike Dirnt, Roger Waters, and Sting. This Precision Bas has two single-coil pickups. These are versatile pickups that produce a unique sound. They also sound amazing both clean and with an overdriven sound. The pickups can be adjusted with the two volume knobs and the tone knob. The bass has a poplar body which will provide the bass with a balanced sound. The neck is made of maple which will be very comfortable to hold.
