Introduction: Studiologic Numa X Piano GT
Innovative, stylish and easy to use. Three words that define the brand-new Studiologic Numa X. This beautiful, compact stage piano from Studiologic is new to the market — a true revolution for the pianist. High-quality features, sounds and effects, designed and organised in a remarkably intuitive and effective way. All with the aim of providing the pianist with an outstanding instrument. The Studiologic Numa X Piano GT is the absolute flagship of a series of three models. The keyboard features 88 weighted keys with a wooden core, ensuring an optimal and highly realistic playing touch.
Sound
A powerful new sound engine delivers clear and realistic sounds. The sound engine is based on a combination of sampling, wave shaping and physical modelling. The Numa X offers more than 200 different sounds, divided across 8 Sound Banks. These include various acoustic pianos, electric pianos, keyboards, organs, synthesisers, orchestral sounds, as well as bass and guitar sounds, and much more. Would you like even more sounds? Studiologic has developed a desktop app that allows you to select additional sounds and manage and organise them quickly and easily: Numa Manager. With a wide range of effects such as delay, reverb, distortion, overdrive and many more, you can create any atmosphere imaginable.
Keyboard
This version of the Studiologic Numa X Piano features a premium piano keyboard with 88 weighted keys and a wooden core. For the dedicated pianist, this is often an important requirement, although it does come with a compromise in weight. This version weighs approximately 22 kg, whereas the version without a wooden core weighs just 14 kg.
Looking for a lighter model? Take a look at the Numa X 88 or even the more compact Numa X 73.
Operation & Control
One of Studiologic’s key objectives was to ensure ease of operation. No unnecessary buttons, but enough physical controls for precise handling of the instrument. The 2.8" colour display makes navigation even clearer. This allows you to switch quickly and efficiently between different channels, sounds and settings. Highly practical for live musicians, but equally enjoyable for home players. The clean and well-organised layout ensures that you will quickly feel at home with the instrument.
The stage piano features four independent sound channels. Different sounds can be selected for each channel, and the channels can also be layered. Internal sounds and external MIDI sounds can be assigned across the different channels. Master effects can also be added to each channel. The final mix can then be adjusted using the Master EQ. In addition, the stage piano is equipped with a built-in digital mixer with four tracks and a USB audio interface.
