The Yamaha U1E belongs to the legendary U1 series. Yamaha has been developing these upright models in Japan since the early 1960s. This Yamaha U1E piano was manufactured in 1970. The 121-centimetre-high piano is known for its rich tones and pleasant playability. The pianos in this series are very consistent in quality and have been completely revised technically. We have our own piano workshop, where the piano is thoroughly checked upon arrival.

The history of Yamaha

The Yamaha brand name is well known in the world of musical instruments, but also extends far beyond it. Motorcycles, skis and audio equipment, among other things, are produced today. However, the company's origins lie entirely in music, and the three tuning forks that make up the logo are a nice detail of this. The Japanese company Yamaha was founded in 1887 by Mr. Tarakuse Yamaha. He started making Harmoniums and more than 13 years later, in 1900, he built the first pianos.
