The Ludio FS-1 is a sturdy metal footrest that helps guitarists to adopt the right posture. It is made entirely of metal and can be adjusted to one of four heights: 12 cm, 18.5 cm, 23 cm and 27 cm. The foldable footstool can therefore be easily transported, for example in the front of a guitar cover. Rubber nubs on the underside of the legs prevent it from scratching the floor.
Suitable for classical guitarists
The slightly more advanced classical guitarist likes to place the guitar in an inclined position on his or her leg so that the neck can be played at a 45-degree angle. This can be facilitated by placing the left leg on a footstool where the footstool is placed with the high side backwards. An alternative to a footstool for this can also be an Ergoplay guitar rest.
Finding the right posture
Good posture is extremely important for all guitarists, preferably with a straight back and relaxed shoulders. Therefore, a footrest is not only helpful for classical guitars, but can also help any guitarist to sit more comfortably. This can even be a useful aid for children just starting to play the guitar!
Playing standing up
Last but not least, a footrest is ideal for guitarists who like to play standing up. Place your left leg on the footrest to allow the guitar to rest on your upper left leg, making it more comfortable to play standing up!
