Woofer

The woofer is a standard 7-inch size common in studios. Yet Adam distinguishes itself from rest with a quite full, warm sound that you expect in larger woofers. This is due to the MLM (Multi-Layer Mineral) technology that Adam itself has developed for these monitors. This highly efficient woofer is made from the very light but sturdy mineral stone fibre baked together as a composite. The result is full bass, despite its 7-inch size.

Tweeter & Features

The tweeter is the recognisable 1-inch ART tweeter that we have also come to expect from other Adam speakers. Adam has long been known for its excellent, crystal clear WaveGuide ART tweeters, and with this model they have obviously been added again. What's also new with the A7V is the amount of control you have internally on the sound. On the back, Adam has added an excellent equaliser, and voicing control. There's also a LAN port for wireless control and an XLR audio in for the best sound input. Do you have an audio source without XLR? Then you can also use the RCA-in port.
