During the Dordt festival Big Rivers, visitors to Joh.deHeer Musical Instruments could take part in a musical prize draw by completing challenges such as lifting a piano or singing a song. Participants could choose whether they wanted a chance to win a piano or a guitar. Wendy chose the guitar and won a beautiful Fender CD-60. “Many thanks for this wonderful guitar!” said Wendy.

On 20 June, Berdien Stenberg will be giving a workshop from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Stenberg is the Netherlands' greatest flutist, and we are honoured to have her visit our shop for a live performance, ensemble playing, and workshop.

On Saturday 16 May, an afternoon of organ music and congregational singing will take place in Alblasserdam, celebrating the new church organ. The afternoon will focus on shared singing, music, and the formal introduction of the organ on the organ gallery.

On Thursday 28 May, the Taylor Tone Show will take place from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. During this special listening and playing experience, you will have the opportunity to discover the latest Taylor models, ranging from the newest generations to the latest Gold Label editions.
