Yamaha initiates recall of PA‑300C adapters due to safety concerns
Yamaha Music Europe GmbH (YME) has announced an official recall of the PA‑300C AC adapter, which was produced between July 2010 and May 2012. Internal investigations have shown that in some cases a manufacturing defect may lead to serious safety risks, including melting of the plug and, in exceptional situations, even a fire hazard.Read more -
